Burning smell on the earbuds

I bought 2 bud pros for me and my wife during thanksgiving. Both of them have constant burning plastic smell that’s nauseating. I am disappointed with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great wireless earbuds with 1 flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio quality of these earbuds is impressive, and the blade lighting adds a nice aesthetic touch. The Galaxy AI feature is quite useful, particularly the live translation feature for international travel or communication with non-native speakers. I have been using the Buds 3 Pro for approximately three days and am generally pleased with them, except for the slight difficulty in switching out the ear tips. To resolve this issue, I attached the ear tip to the small plastic piece that connects it to the earbud using superglue, which proved to be an effective solution. I highly recommend these earbuds, especially considering Samsung's efforts to improve the ear tip design.

Best upgrade ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the music is fantastic. The new design is is not only great but is more comfortable to wear and to take off the bud. I was afraid that it will fall of if I have any movement but I even cut the grass and they don't move.
To start off, they're good. They fit great in the ear and have good sound with some bass. The hard part about these is getting used to the areas to touch for volume and skipping songs, but once you figure out how the touch works, it's easy.
Sometimes left bud doesn't connect immediately but after closing it and re opening them it works fine. My guess is this will be fixed with a software update. Other than that they sound amazing, and work perfectly
Better fit than airpods. I have owned all the galaxy buds renditions my favorite being the buds +. The buds 3 pro are excellent for daily use, my only wish is an 11 hour play time like the buds +.
