Great Update, could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is great, the design is sleek and they perform well. 2 places for improvement: I miss the actual touch/tap controls vice the tactile button. When running, it's easier to tap than clutch the bud in the exact place to switch tracks. Secondly, they are a little awkward to put back in the case. I have to spin them in a weird direction which typically makes me drop them or fall clumsily into the case, and not aligning to the slots they should fall in to.

Excellent ambient noise

Great audio, great noise cancelling and great ambient sound!
I suffer and am sensitive to pressure pockets or plugged ear feeling and these things make it seem like they're not even in my ears!!! No previous Samsung buds did that, but these do.
Cons:
- An earbud broke when changing them, one get stuck (very briefly) in my ear.
- my ears tend to want to eject these things when I talk or move a certain way. It's even worse if I chew. I've tried all 3 sizes but no luck.
I also have a pair of Samsung Buds Love and still think they're the best open ear fit (if it works for you) still.

Outstanding ear buds when tweaked

I've been using the Buds 3 Pro now for a month or so, But I have to say that they're outstanding ear buds the sound quality is great with lots of customization. The added ai features are fun and very handy to use. They could improve on some things for one the noise cancelation could be better and it improve drastically when you change the rubber ear tips for memory foam tips. I would recommend Samsung to include them this would be such an improvement both audio quality wise as noise cancelation wise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They do not stay it the ear they fall all the time no matter what you do. They also do not stop the outside noise. Sound is not that gray!

A common reason for this is the size of the ear tips you're using. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes, so it’s essential to choose the right ones for your ears to create a snug fit and minimize any gaps. This not only helps them stay in place but also improves sound quality and noise cancellation. To ensure the best fit, check the directional marks on the earbuds—the “R” should face you in your right ear and the “L” in your left ear. You can also try adjusting the angle slightly and running the earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to get just the right fit. Additionally, exploring the Equalizer settings can help personalize your listening experience. The Buds3 Pro include adaptive microphones and advanced noise control to enhance communication in different environments. When paired with a Galaxy device, these features work together to provide clear, stable sound and a dependable connection. Check that each earbud is oriented correctly and fitted properly in the right ear. If necessary, switch out the tips for a better fit to reduce audio leaks. Verify your device's volume level and increase it on your phone if needed, using the Volume up button. If the volume is maxed but sound remains low, it’s probably because the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls.
