Has amazing sound and features but a little flae

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant say I've used galaxy AI, in which I would love to have the ability to use it with my earbuds, but I have an older model of a Samsung phone (s23 fe) in which i can access the newer features such as the Galaxy AI and integrate it with my buds.
But here is my honest review with the earbuds, the sound is amazing, rich and powerful, the ability to customize the bass and do specific sound boosts for different ages is amazing, I've come from the buds fe and when I say it's an upgrade isn't doing it justice, these are without a doubt the best buds I've used for many years, especially integrating it with a samsung ecosystem, it's heaven.
Now here is my downside, it seems that, when using the buds for a longer time frame, it tends to pause anything it's playing and would then resume it as uf nothing has happened, I would hope it might be an issue with my phone's software (outdated perchance) but it's a bit annoying when im really concentrated in something only to have it all paused and lose my focus.
But non the less, this are amazing earbuds if not the best models for its time, especially the ANC, good when you are concentrated on a task, and for me it's amazing when I have my breaks/lunch at work.

Great sound, doesn't charge well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way these sound. Plus the voice commands work great as well. The problem I'm having is when they are charging. Either one or both sides continously won't charge or take several hours to charge. One side will be at 100% while the other side is at 15%. I've checked several times to make sure they are clean and the port where they charge is clean as well. The light on the bud lights like it's charging and the outer case will show a green light. But when I look at the Wear app, it shows one bud still hasn't charged. Weird, wish I could figure it out.

Forced to upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are great in most ways. When i got the newest ultra my old ones would no longer get as loud as i liked. I went through all the settings and tried every avenue to get em fixed. I ended up doing a trade in, i dont like that theyre just like airpods now theyre not small and compact like my old ones were. I thing mine were 4 years old. I dont remember what they were exactly.
These ones hurt my ears and they dont go as loud as they used to which is seriously annoying. How am i supposed to block anyone out when they dont go full volume.

Best Ear Buds Ever

Great New Samsung Earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro earbuds are perfect. They don't fall out of my ears like the old model and the sound stage is much improved.
Also, they work great with the Galaxy AI translation feature with my new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Ibjus download the language before a trip and I'm all set.

Sleek and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have been great headphones, sometimes they wont stay in my ear when I bend over or actively move around, tries all bud sizes. It isnt every time though, so it could be user error. Great for phone calls on the jobsite, noise canceling for myself and the other line on the phone is top notch. Performance wise, for ear buds, I have no complaints on the sound quality. I recommend these to any Samsung phone owners.
