[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product sound is great. The only issue/problem I have with the buds is that it won't stay longer on ears every 2 minutes. You will need to adjust them back into your ears. If only they can fixed the slip part I think it should be fine. Not me having to buy an Anti-slip ear cover for it. Fix the slip

I know the connections are clean and. Maybe a design issue. Otherwise they are great.

Better than any competition

The buds are the best . No one can hear my background noise. The buds 3pro are #1 i let my daughter try them out and now they want to trade in the competition,and get these.

The ability to control the volume, skip songs and answer my calls without touching my phone is the best. Especially in the gym. Also, the surround sound setting allows me to move my head and still get a full experience of music. I LOVE THEM!!

Liking the new design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cosmetologist and busy mom of a new born. I used my buds all day everyday to take phone calls and catch up on audio books and podcast. The new design is very comfortable and call quality is good as well. Wish the battery life was a tab bit longer but I tend to only use 1 bud at a time so I can switch them out when one dies.
