Faulty product

I'm so upset about these. Only reason I got these was because my buds2pro finally conked out. I only got these like 2/3 weeks ago and this past week one fell out of my ear while walking and it fell down into a grate. I've never had a problem with buds falling out. I feel like this is a faulty product. It also smelled bad, like chemicals. Such a waste of money.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. With its new design, it takes some adjustment to find the perfect fit. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first step is to ensure you have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit snugly so there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need instructions on changing the tips, check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the correct tips on your buds:
- Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
- Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
- Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
- Angle the microphone on the bottom so it’s pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down.
- Adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right.
- You can also run an earbud fit test to ensure a proper fit.

Sound quality is great. Ear tips are good enough

Sound is great. ANC is good. Ambient sound is much better than buds 2 pro. Fits good enough. Not a fan of how the ear tips are clipped in. Small tip ripped when i was trying it out, be careful taking out the ear tips. Overall, i would definitely switch buds 2 pro for this buds 3 pro, especially for 100 trade in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ive had buds buds FE, buds 2, buds 2pro then most recently buds 3 pro. Will be my absolute final attempt with any headphones of theirs!

Had the buds pro. These fit better in the ear canal. The sound is better. How ever responses to desired actions on the stick are at least cumbersome and perhaps will require a learning curve for touch.
