I decided to buy these buds because I'm brand loyal. I'm very happy with the purchase, they are the most comfortable and best sounding buds i have ever owned, they stay comfortable and stable in my ears. Excellent product.

Can't be heard during call when whispering

The sound suppression is it where if I whisper while on the phone I can't be heard and they say I sound like I'm cutting in and out. Please fix this. I just got the buds and updated them and made sure my phone was up to date too.

Thanks for sharing your candid feedback, Andrew. We understand that you may have some concerns regarding your Buds3 Pro and their microphone during calls. To help troubleshoot, first check the microphone hole, as a blockage can prevent proper sound capture. It's important to clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to avoid debris accumulation; using a clean, dry, soft brush or cotton swab can help remove any earwax or other debris. After using the earbuds, be sure to wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and keep them dry to avoid exposure to liquid. If the microphone still isn’t performing as expected, you can try resetting the earbuds by opening the Galaxy Wearable app, navigating to Earbuds settings, selecting Reset, and following the on-screen instructions to complete the factory reset process. We hope these steps help, but if this persists, we would need you to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can look further into what may be causing this. -Kelvin

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is essential for a great audio experience, and we're here to assist you. Our Galaxy Buds are designed to accommodate all sizes of ears, and we include multiple sizes of ear tips to ensure a snug fit. If you haven’t already, please check that you’re using the right size tips. A good fit minimizes any gaps and enhances the sound quality while helping to prevent sound leaks. For guidance on how to change the tips, our Buds3 Pro tips guide has all the details you need. Once you’ve got the right tips, remember to check the directional marks on the bottom of your earbuds. The L and R should be facing you for the best fit. Insert the R bud into your right ear and the L bud into your left, angling them slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth. You can also adjust their position by rotating them until they feel just right. Love these buds
