To ensure they connect and charge properly, make sure to insert them correctly into the case, with the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case properly touching. Verify that the charger is firmly connected to the case. If the contacts are dirty, clean them with a dry cloth and try charging again. Way overpriced and overrated

They cost 4 times as much as Raycon buds and the battery lasts maybe a third as long. Sound is ok for music but not loud enough for me to wear and run vacuum cleaners or other machines and still be able to hear. Ridiculously overpriced

Galaxy 3pro are excellent buds(ANC, Adaptive)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy buds 3 pro are my first premium buds.The music and sound clarity are really good.The spatial audio along with Active noise cancellation always helps me in having bus rides with good music delivery.The adaptive sound is another feature that I love it reduces volume automatically when we are talking with others.I loved tweaking with equalizer to get the best sound profile.
