I like the sound and features. But the fit is very poor. I tried all three tips with no improvement. I feel if these were engineered correctly the fit would not be a problem.

I regret my purchase, it does not auto interpret as advertised, instead they are dependent on the AI feature to be activated on phone device (which in some cases is blocked by the carrier), also my new buds came with a defect detecting moisture and blocking charging randomly without exposure to liquid or moisture.

I love the way it fits in my ear 12 hrs no pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your birds are super easy to connect. And I love the color of it. Also, it fits in my ear so easy. I keep earbuds in my ear for at least 12 to 14 hours a day, one earbud. At a time earbud case, you can charge 2 and a 1 times
And each ear burns less charging. The playtime charging last bad, 8 to 12 hours. Now play time charging lasts about 12 hours. If I have both of them in my ear then well I am live in a concert feeling and base is just lost

Got a brand new buds today use it it works perfectly but when I went to charge it left side wasn't working saying it wet it not wet. Then it disconnect to my phone now I can't even connect it

Stopped working within a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with the expectation that a premium Samsung product would deliver a reliable, high-quality experience. Unfortunately, my ownership of this device has been marked by consistent frustration and disappointment. The most significant issue has been charging reliability. On numerous occasions, the charging case indicates that it is functioning properly, yet one or both earbuds fail to charge as intended. I have attempted multiple solutions, including using official Samsung chargers, different cables, and various power sources, but the problem remains unresolved. This has resulted in the earbuds frequently running out of power at inconvenient times, which defeats the entire purpose of owning wireless earbuds.
Equally concerning is the instability of the Bluetooth connection. Despite being paired with a compatible Samsung phone, the earbuds often disconnect unexpectedly during music playback or phone calls. At times, they struggle to reconnect, requiring me to reset the pairing process altogether. These interruptions severely undermine both productivity and enjoyment, especially during work-related calls or when listening to media on the go.
While the audio quality is acceptable when the earbuds are functioning, it does not compensate for the fundamental flaws in charging and connectivity. I reached out to Samsung support and followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, including firmware updates and resets, yet the problems persist. This was.....
