This product took a step back from the 2 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy buds 3 pro do have improved sound quality and longevity over the previous series, but the fit of the earbuds and the shape have not been satisfactory. With the buds 2 pro, you could seemingly do anything and not have the ear buds fall out, and now you are having to adjust your buds every 5 seconds to make sure they don't fall out when doing something like walking.
The quality is much better in my opinion, but the it can occasionally be a bit chunky when it tries to fit the sound to your ear. There are times where the headphones sound wonderful, make an adjustment, and now they sound clunky again. Overall, however, the sound and the customizability of said sound are definately the selling points of this product.
The earbuds don't seen to charge all of the time in the charging case and every week or so you get an error saying the buds won't aren't charging and you have to trouble shoot that.
I am a fan of the galaxy buds as a brand, just some changes in design led me to my score of 3/5

This product exceeds expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My galaxy buds 3 pro are my everyday buds I use them to chat it up with friends enjoy music and audio content. I also enjoy using the Ai features and the language translation feature. It comes in handy at my job when communicating with patients who don't speak English as their first language. They are stylish 😎. I also love the find my buds feature which works well in my experience. I also love the seamless transition from.my phone to my galaxy tab. Just to share as a more personal story. I
accidentally washed my buds in the washing machine and they were able to fully recover from that tragic event and still work just as new. The durability of them was definitely tested. Overall I would definitely purchase these again.

The sound quality is rich and well-balanced, with deep bass and clear highs that make music, podcasts, and videos incredibly immersive. One of the standout features is the Active Noise Cancellation, which does an excellent job blocking out background noise whether I’m commuting, working, or just relaxing. The ambient mode is just as impressive—it lets in just the right amount of outside sound when I need to stay aware of my surroundings without taking the buds out.
Another reason for the perfect rating is their comfort and smart features. The Buds 3 Pro fit snugly and securely in my ears, even during long listening sessions or workouts.
