The sound is great, the features are cool but the buds are too big so they fall out so easily and I struggle so much with connecting them to my laptop for work, I have to remove device and then reconnect and takes multiple attempts to get any sound working sometimes it doesn't it took me 30min - 1hr trying to get them to work just to give up and use headsets instead, the mic just does not work at all when ever I do connect to the laptop not sure what it is, if its the type of laptop but I follow the steps but there is no audio whatsoever and can't use mic to talk during my work calls the whole reason I got these was to not use the headsets that hurt my ears

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We understand how frustrating it can be when the earbuds don’t fit properly and fall out easily. Have you tried using the different ear tip sizes that come with the buds? It seems like connecting them to your laptop has been challenging. Sometimes, turning off Bluetooth on the laptop and resetting the earbuds can help. Making sure they’re fully charged before reconnecting can also be beneficial. We also hear your concerns about the audio and microphone not working as expected. It’s important to ensure that the earbuds are set as the default playback device in your laptop’s audio settings. Additionally, checking for any firmware updates via the wearable app might enhance performance. If these suggestions don’t lead to a solution, please be sure to reach out to Samsung Support for personalized assistance. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

These are awful for running and working out. They do not stay in the early. I have tried all the ear pieces they come with. Nothing works. Can't return, unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They work great. The noise canceling is perfect for my needs. However, the adaptive sound detection is bothersome to the ear how it mute and makes things louder then detected.

Meh, could be better

I just got these about 2 weeks ago. I'm not overly impressed. The sound is great however, they don't stay in my ears, I can't figure out how to change the rubber piece for a smaller one, and they don't hold charge very long. I had the Buds2 Pro previously and they lasted forever. I put these in while I'm at work and they don't even stay charged my entire shift. They don't feel right in my ear and always feel like they are falling out. I do like the new controls compared to the Buds2 Pro. The sliding on the stem of the buds is nice as opposed to the taps on the Buds2. Overall, I liked the wearability of the Buds2 Pro better however, the sound is better on the Buds3 Pro.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Sarah. It sounds like you’ve encountered a few challenges with the fit and battery life, which can definitely impact your experience. For comfort, have you tried the different sizes of rubber tips that come with the earbuds? Finding the right size can really help them stay in place better. As for battery life, we understand the expectation for longer usage, especially compared to the Buds2 Pro. Features like Active Noise Cancellation can sometimes drain the battery more quickly, so switching that off may help. Additionally, checking for any firmware updates in the Galaxy Wearable app could potentially improve performance. We’re glad to see you appreciate the sound quality and the sliding controls! We hope these suggestions enhance your experience with the Buds3 Pro. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are WAY more comfortable than any pair of Airpods that I've ever used. At least now there is no issue of people not being able to hear me on the other end of the phone calls. Not to mention how smooth they are when using Galaxy AI, which is way more responsive and accurate than siri could dream of being.

The best sound!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with using any new earbuds, which I personally have far too many that it's a bit embarrassing to admit, I always check my fitment. Most people overlook this because everyone thinks that audio devices are about sound quality, but you'll find in this review that it is so much more than just how it sounds. If the earphones don't fit you properly, the sound isn't being delivered to you the way it was intended by the engineers of the headphones. The first thing I do is check for how the different size tips fit into my ears. When I feel like I'm using the right ones, the Samsung Wear has a "Earbud fit test" under "sound quality and effects" to do a check via it's software. After it's been established that the fitment is good, I went into my phone's "adapt sound" under "hearing enhancements" menu to fine tune as typically different Samsung earbuds have a slightly different sound profile. For me personally, I only missed one tone that the software then has to boost for me to hear it clearly - versus the Buds Pro 2 where I missed 4-5.
