Great sound, but some drawbacks

Let me start off with saying that I love these ear buds. They sound great. Noise canceling works great. Ambient sound is amazing. Only two drawbacks for me. First of all battery life. "with the case" is definitely not as advertised. I'm charging the case far more frequently, when I use the buds for only a couple of hours a day. My buds pro 2s lasted longer than these do. And second, the buds stop charging randomly. It's gives me the reason that there is debris in the case but there's nothing inside or on the buds. It isn't till I get like an alcohol wipe, and wipe the buds off that they continue charging. Or until I charge the case because God forbid the case drop below 30%. If these had the same battery life and charging of the pro2s they would be a perfect five stars.

While the Buds3 Pro can provide up to 30 hours of listening time with the charging case, there are some adjustments we recommend to help maximize battery performance. Keeping the earbuds in the charging case with the cover closed when not in use can significantly extend their battery life. Additionally, adjusting notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app (or the Galaxy Buds app on iOS) can help conserve power. For optimal charging, we suggest using only Samsung-approved charging devices, as they are designed to enhance battery longevity. Improvement but not perfect

Compared to the original Galaxy Buds Pro these fit much better and the controls are in a better location. They aren't accidentally touched as much. Noise canceling is alright, not as good as other brands I've used. The real issue is connectivity. The fact you can't pair without the case is frustrating. Every time I connect to my laptop it takes a few tries of re-pairing them before both buds will connect. Otherwise only the first one removed from the case connects. Sound quality is good. Glad I got them with pre order credit when I got my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing sound and fit

Very good sound, but bothersome

This was my 4th set of Samsung earbuds, most recently stepping up from Galaxy Buds 2. While the sound is great, the fit and controls are a big step backwards. It's difficult to get a good seal (impossible in one ear) and they constantly slip during activity. When readjusting, the "pinch" controls pause or advance/rewind, so I had to disable that feature. I'll be switching back to an earlier design.
