Good sound/battery/fit, bad charging/voice control

Sound quality is good and so is fitment in the ear/ weight. Play time so/so. What really irks me is that they always seem to have trouble charging. It's happened to both the left and right earbud. To fix it, I clean the case out (which looks clean already) with compressed air. So many times this has happened. Incredibly annoying flaw I have not experienced with the previous generation Buds Pro.
Also, the voice controls are incredibly finicky. It'll stop the music from a bus stop announcement but not when I actively try to. In addition, the voice detect is a little buggy. I will use a chainsaw and it goes from noise cancelling to pass through with incredibly loud chainsaw noise. I do not sound like a chainsaw so why it goes to ambient is beyond me. This is incredibly annoying as I try to protect my hearing but get bombarded with noise instead, while my hands are too full to do anything about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome ANC, great sound quality.

I love my buds, but about three months after getting them, they went through the washer. Afterward, the charging case no longer charges, and it has been over two months since this happened. When I try to charge them, the light flashes red; however, when I initially washed them, the buds still worked perfectly fine.

Easy to connect, and the sound testing to get the right size rubber pieces for your ears is fantastic. Sound is great, a bit of a learning curve to learn about the buttons but overall really nice earbuds.

Best Headphones by far!

These have by far been the best headphones I have ever owned. I've tried Bang and Olufsen, Buds, Buds 2, and Beats Pro 2. While I would not recommend for running. I have had no issues with them falling out. The sound quality is amazing and can really provide some serious bass. Be prepared that if you do not own a newer laptop these headphones will not connect. In order to connect you need to have the Bluetooth LE option available in device settings. Despite the inability to connect. These headphones are extremely easy to switch between devices. I use these with my Samsung TV, Tablet, and phone. For the price I would recommend giving them a try. The controls are easy to use and the voice controls are a real game changer.

I love them! They fit so good in my ears, unlike the Galaxy Buds2. The Buds3 Pro never fall out or give me any problems.

Sound is great but they fall out of my ear and I can't figure out how to change the insert without harming the bud.

The sound quality is just as good as the Buds2 Pro with Ambient or ANC off. I still have significant white noise while using either mode. I actually really like the "pinch" functionality despite the airpod design. All in all, I would not suggest an upgrade if you already have the Buds2 Pro unless they are starting to fade in quality.
