The better set on the market!

These earbuds truly stand out when it comes to seamless pairing, sound quality, and effortlessly switching between multiple devices. Their noise-canceling capabilities are among the best on the market, making them a great choice for anyone juggling work calls, streaming, or everyday listening. I've used them extensively for Teams meetings, and switching between my phone and tablet has been completely seamless.
The fit is another highlight—despite having smaller ears, these molded perfectly without needing to swap out the soft buds. Comfort is typically a challenge for me, but these earbuds nailed it!
Where they could improve, however, is battery life. I can manage about three hours of calls or roughly 2.5 hours if I’m switching between video and calls before needing to recharge. The case charging feature helps, but an extended battery life would make a huge difference.
Overall, Samsung did an amazing job with these—great performance, excellent comfort, and effortless usability. If they can extend the battery life in future models, they'll have a near-perfect product!

Pros - excellent sound and audio options, feels good in ear and the case is super sleek, battery life is good too. Cons - the earbuds have a weird burnt smell, it's been that way since day 1. The earbuds should have been put into the case the other way because it's a little wonky getting the buds in and out with 1 hand. Overall i am pretty happy with them.

Could be better

I bought this a few months ago the audio is great if it's really good and the microphone is a lot better than the Pro 2. Downside is the battery life is nowhere near the Pro 2 and my right earbud won't charge in the case without me putting something in there to apply pressure to hit the terminals if these things were better I would give 5 Stars

To help resolve your fitting concerns, we suggest starting by selecting the right size ear tips from the variety included in the package. A snug fit without gaps is crucial, as it minimizes sound leakage and maximizes the audio quality. Once you’ve chosen the appropriate ear tips, take a moment to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional markings. The "L" indicates the left earbud, and the "R" indicates the right. When inserting them, ensure that the "R" is facing you in your right ear and the "L" is facing you in your left ear. For improved comfort and fit, try angling the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, rather than hanging straight down. You can also rotate the earbuds gently until they feel just right. We also highly recommend using the Galaxy Wearable app to run the earbud fit test. This feature can help ensure that your earbuds are fitting correctly, further enhancing your listening experience. Overall buds are great, a few things I have on mind is, firstly sometimes it does adjust itself, like you hear the sound that you get for controls, and it has changed volume on its own. Also after using for a few hours it does hurt my ear a bit. Another thing is I think the earpiece feels a bit cheapish. But do not get me wrong, the quality, features and overall user experience has been great.

Could not live without. To be so small, I think they are better than my bose and sony over ear headphones!!!! They make the pressure sound on a plane completely disappear. And the touch controls are a huge improvement over the Buds2
