Poor quality! Poorly designed and manufactured

These are the most disappointing. While they have the potential to be great, they constantly fall out of my ears, even with the different size covers provided. They don’t fit properly, making hands-free phone calls difficult as they won’t stay in place. While they work fine for listening to music, the overall experience is frustrating if your main goal is to make calls. I would not recommend these. Overall, the design is poorly made and manufactured.

Returned, these are absolute junk. The ANC is sub par, the tips broke off.

Major disappointment!

Features did not work. Turning on hearing enhancements made things muted. The volume was obviously lower and even making changes in hearing enhancements settings did not change anything. My work building has a lot of HVAC fan/vent noise the adaptive noise canceling did not dim that noise at all, it sounded like the normal ambient noise setting. Many times noises would hurt my ears when normally they wouldn’t, tearing receipts off the printer, electronic beeps, etc. I returned them after one day.

Previous model was much better quality, people can not hear me when making phone calls. They say I sound like I'm underwater or talking into a pillow.

They don't fit your ears as well as the Galaxy Bud Pro2, they fall out all the time, trying to pinch them instead of being able to tap makes them useless will running or cycling.

The sound quality and battery life are fantastic and a great improvement from the buds 2 pro, my only complaint is that these get quite uncomfortable to wear over an extended period of time, moreso than the previous model
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound is only so-so. Fit is good with different size options. Love the case.
