Sure would help if the plastic wasn't so smooth and slippery. They're very hard to hold on to and irritating to put in and out of the case. Textured plastic would be a big improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For proper placement in the charging case, open the case, check the direction of each earbud, match the "L" (left) and "R" (right) markings on the earbuds with their respective slots, gently insert each earbud into its slot ensuring the charging contacts align, and close the case to secure them. These buds have the best features of every headphones I've worn well ear buds. The ambient feature is outstanding and the mic is crisp and clear. I definitely recommend these. Don't miss out

As usual for me eith any ear type it is a difficult fit. I have very narrow canals and Galaxie buds are no different, they fit somewhat but are not a solid fit.

However, battery performance can vary based on usage, such as volume levels, features like Active Noise Cancelation (ANC), or streaming content. To get the most out of your earbuds' battery, ensure you're using Samsung-approved chargers and accessories, as they are specifically designed to maximize battery life. Additionally, placing the earbuds in the case when not in use helps keep them charged. For quick power-ups, charging the buds in the case for 10 minutes can provide up to 150 minutes of playtime.
