Personally irritated by design flaws otherwise 5*

The audio is fine but the design of these ear buds is awful. I guess the fit is comfortable enough but every time I take them out and return them to the case I'm irritated by the design. Taking them out of case and putting in ear cannot be achieved in one motion. You've got to take them out and turn them around and because the stems are triangular, you can't even rotate them quickly with your fingers. It's just irritating. Battery has been good, pretty sure it lasted over a week with only 1-2 hours daily use. If they were easier to take out, put in ear and then return to case, I could have given the 5 stars, but as is, it's a very clunky motion and I just hate it--maybe it's just a me problem though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ambient sound defect

The buds 3 pro amplify Loud sounds in ambient mode and will lead to hearing loss. I've had all the previous versions of the Galaxy buds and never had this problem. Do not buy these if you don't want to be deaf. I have already reached out to "Samsung support" multiple times and have been offered no support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro is designed to provide a safe and customizable listening experience. To address the amplification in Ambient mode, we recommend adjusting the volume of surrounding sounds through the Galaxy Wearable app. Open the app, navigate to the Ambient sound settings, and use the adjustment bar to reduce the intensity. This feature allows you to tailor the sound level to your preference and minimize any discomfort. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel alot and mostly use my buds while at the airport and while flying. You wouldn't think this is true, but the noise canceling mode is outstanding from these little buds. While canceling the sound of the screaming engines of the plane, I can hear music or podcasts clearly.
There's not much space to move around in an airplane seat, and can't access my phone too easily, so with my Galaxy watch, I am able to scroll through playlists, and adjust volume with ease.
These buds have been great for me. Give them a try!

Beat buds I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always struggled finding a good pair of ear buds that would stay in my ear no matter what I am doing. But these do the job and then some! I can have them set to noise canceling or I can have it set up so I can hear things around me much better or a mixture of both. I love the sound quality when they are in your ears right! The battery seems to last a long time also!
