Completely disappointed, do better!

These buds are pretty good when in comes to soud, noise cancelation, comfortability, and features. The thing i have an issue is with the charging case. For some reason they don't always charge. I constantly get a notification on my phone to check that the case is charged and to make sure the buds are dry, even after wearing them for only 20 minutes. So when I go to use them I get the little chime that indicates that the battery is low, so what good do all these features do if they are not charged. I had to put something inside the case to keep them pressed down on the little charging pins. It's absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. See attached image to see what I mean.
