[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the headphones are great the integration within the ecosystem is amazing my only complaint and it isn't a deal breaker is when running I find them moving even when I selected the best tips. The sound could be better compared to other headphones such as the Sony.

Regarding the pinch controls, they were designed for intuitive functionality. A single pinch allows you to play or pause your music, answer or end calls, or even manage notifications. The double pinch advances to the next track, while a triple pinch brings you back to the previous song, even restarting it if done just after the music begins. Hardware Redesign vs Software changes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer the more contained and stemless looks of samsung galaxy buds as i used the buds 1 and 2 before switching to the these. The battery life is pretty consistently good and work just fine to fit my daily activities.
With the software I enjoy using a lot of new software tweaks and updates from the buds2 like switching seamless actions across apps and devices as I use a tab s10Ultra as well as the s24Ultra. I have so far been unable to enjoy the perks that would eventually come with one ui7 & android 15. Like the now brief or audio eraser.

Don't charge

They sound good but they have charging issues right bud don't charge. charge them overnight they would die 10 minutes after you take them off the charger That's trash.And on top of that customer service sucks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Additionally, check that the earbuds are seated correctly in the case, with the charging contacts properly aligned. When charging, it’s important to use a Samsung-approved charger for consistent and efficient performance. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. All eligible mobile devices can be enrolled on Samsung.com at the time of device purchase, or within 60 days of device purchase at samsungcareplus.com. Ear rubber pice needs one more smaller ear rubber

Ear bud rubber ear pice needs one more size smaller than the 2 they come with. I changed them when I first got them because they didn't fit correctly and second choice they give you fit better but no other choice and because they are a special type and have the hard plastic connected to them I can't get ones that fit better so I am stuck with them falling out of my ears ☹️ so they sit and don't get used. They sound great until they fall out .

To improve stability, ensure the ear tips are aligned and securely attached to the earbuds by matching the groove of the ear tip with the latch on the speaker. Gently press the ear tips until they click into place. Additionally, inserting the earbuds with the correct directional markings (L for the left ear and R for the right ear) and rotating them gently forward or backward can help achieve a more secure fit.
