Great sound, great noise cancelling

I upgraded from the buds 2 and am really glad I did. The sound quality of these headphones is very good. I live in New York and am surprised how well they block the background city noise. I liked the buds 2 and these are worth the upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'd return them if I could

I'm a Samsung junkie, I only buy Samsung products for 20 years now. These ear buds suck. I'm so disappointed. The sound is pretty good and the fit is ok. My problem is the earbud controls. It's impossible to use them without basically pulling the earbud out or loosening it to a point where it will fall out. The pinch and slide is a horrible design and barely works. Whoever designed this must have the most dainty tiny fingers or did not try using them. If you plan to use earbud controls without having to use your phone, I wouldn't recommend these.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We’re glad you like the sound quality, but understand you're having some difficulty with the gesture controls. A single pinch plays or pauses music and answers or declines calls. A double pinch skips to the next track, while a triple pinch restarts the previous track if done within three seconds of a new track starting. Holding the pinch activates the preset feature, defaulting to Noise Control mode, which can be customized. You can also decline calls by pinching and holding, and if you're not wearing the earbuds, holding both will turn on the blade lights. Also, you can adjust the volume by swiping up or down. For more details, check the attached manual and be sure to use the gestures as the pictures suggest. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

We appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We understand that you love the sound but are having some challenges when it comes to the gestures. Using the pinch and swipe gestures on your earbuds can seem challenging at first, but they offer a variety of convenient functions. To play or pause music, as well as answer or decline calls, simply pinch or swipe the earbuds. You can also customize these gestures to perform different actions. For a single pinch, you can play or pause a track, answer or end calls, or disable features such as Read Notifications Aloud, Voice Detect, or Siren Detect. A double pinch will advance to the next track, while a triple pinch can play the previous track, and if done within three seconds of a new track starting, it will restart that track from the beginning. Holding the pinch activates the preset feature, which is set by default to Noise Control mode, but can be changed as needed. Additionally, you can decline calls by pinching and holding, and if you're not wearing the earbuds, holding both will turn on the blade lights (specific to Galaxy Buds3 Pro). Finally, you can adjust the volume by swiping up or down. Be sure to click the link for the manual attached and check out the pictures that show you how to use these gestures. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Sucks, broke within a year

Buyer be ware. I've barely had these for a year and the left earbud does not charge correctly and most times not at all. This version sucks compared to the old versions. I've never had an issue until now. Samsung has fallen from grace imo.

Hi there Travis,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Fit can vary between models as Samsung improves earbud design for better comfort, sound, and features such as active noise cancellation. Your comparison to earlier Galaxy Buds offers useful insight into how design changes affect everyday use. Ensuring proper fit is crucial for optimal sound, comfort, and security. An improper fit can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and increase the chance of earbuds falling out. Since losing earbuds while jogging is common, it's important to make sure they fit well. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips. First, confirm you're using the correct size—your fit should be snug without gaps to prevent sound leaks and improve audio. For instructions on changing tips, see our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. After choosing the right tips, look for the L and R markings on the earbuds, and insert the R into your right ear with R facing outward, and L into your left with L facing outward. Tilt the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, not directly downward. Adjust until you feel comfortable. You can also perform a fit test to ensure the optimal fit. For detailed fitting instructions, refer to our online guide linked below. We value your loyalty as a Samsung customer.

Beautiful Design, outstanding sound!
on August 12, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro do not disappoint. The new design was enough to intrigue me into a satisfying purchase. First, the detail in this new design is flawlessly beautiful with the curves and blade light. Sound quality has jumped up from its predecessor with greater low end and crystal clear highs. The fit has improved with the new design and feels a whole lot better in the ear cannel. Galaxy Ai on this device was knocked out of the park. Real-time interpreter is something of a science fiction movie technology. To hear translations in real time is a game changer. Can't forget about Adaptive active noise cancelation. So nice to know if there is an emergency my buds will automatically switch to Adaptive so you can easily hear what's going on around you. All in all great purchase and overall win from Samsung for putting out a great new and fresh version of Galaxy buds.

Wireless charging?

These buds check all the right boxes besides wireless charging. After finding just the right placement on my samsung charging pad, the case on the buds3 pro does not meet most standards for wireless charging.

Better sound and less slip
on August 1, 2024
Posted by: JayAndel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Galaxy Bud3 Pro for a while now. I've noticed that the sound is more vibrant, and they don't move around in my ears. Music sounds pretty good coming through the buds, and I also use it for an app that helps me fall asleep faster. The best feature so far is live translate with Galaxy AI. It helps a lot when traveling. I was expecting the case to be a bit larger than the previous, but they're pretty close to the same size. I'm glad I was able to upgrade!
