The buds are the worst of all, really bad materials and bad sound. What a miss from samsung and disappointed for me as a consumer

Not worth the money

Battery life is about one hour. There is something very wrong with the battery lifespan. It lasts an hour at most. Additionally, the bluetooth does not maintain a stable connection. I would not recommend.

Awesome sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love these. I use them on conference calls at work, on my lunch time walks and with my samsung smart monitor at home. They also come with a case that has a clip on it so I take them with me everywhere.
Works great need to get use to in ear plugs versus headphones.

Small posts doesn't stay in ear

Ugh. It's sad how much support was offered before the purchase then they send you off to India. The headphones are smaller at the posts and fall 9ff when I walk even after changing runner thingies out. Then I was out of country when they came in. Bu the time I got to them I was 2 days too late for the return. Really?? Samsung has such good ratings but this product is a huge disappointment. It's like buying a beautiful pair of expensive gold earrings with posts that don't fit. Such a shame

Great buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first pair Galaxy Buds "pro" model to not give me ear fatigue after awhile. I really like the new stem design. Makes it a lot easier to control. I hope Samsung keeps this design and improves battery life in the future.

Poor fit

The fit is really poor. I traded in my Buds FE and I regret it. The Buds FE stayed in my ears for the most part; the fit was okay. These just pop out all the time. The controls are also finicky. Touch-sensitive controls suck when you can't get feedback that anything happened. I much preferred the button on the FE.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro comes with different-sized ear tips, so we recommend ensuring that you have the right size for your ears to avoid any gaps between the ear tip and your ear, which can lead to sound leaks. If you need guidance on changing the tips, please check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Additionally, be sure to check for the directional marks on the earbuds—there's an R for the right earbud and an L for the left. When inserting them, make sure to angle the buds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth. You can adjust the position by rotating them until they feel comfortable.
