Not worth the money at all

They have good quality audio. Not good for speaking and also they stop working after 4 months. Never investing in these headphones again. Also reminder to not rely on the apple repair for these ones. It’s always something that is not covered. Don’t waste your money.

Its fine but not great

Only marginally better in sound quality than my cheaper set but connects quickly. Have not measured but not wholly convinced of the advertised 12 hr listening time battery life. What was really disappointing was there is no way to check battery levels other than downloading the beats app and allowing location tracking.

The sound is good and the battery last for the 12 hours they say. They stay well in the ears. For the price, the value is excellent.

Inferior product

I expected more from the brand. Very poor sound quality and didn’t block outside noise. I was impressed that they came with different ear bud sizes, but no matter which I used, they constantly fell out.

Sound is good and is comfortable to wear. Comes with a few different ear pieces for best fit. Super easy to connect as well

Device not charging

I ordered this product last week and to my disappointment, it is defective. It's not getting charged. I have initiated a return but It's extra hassle for me to order again and wait another week without headset. I'm not going to order from Bestbuy again. I will try Amazon.

I can't even think what I like about these head phones! I am so upset that I spent the money on these ... in fact, I think I paid $100, the price dropped ... I literally only get 30-45 minutes of life! It also doesn't give me a much of heads up that its dying. It hangs weird, I get the neck structured form that they've made, but it hangs and almost pulls out of my ears! I don't know maybe I got a lemon ... but I am suppppper disappointed with these!

Quickly stops working

I am on my second set of these earphones. The first one stopped working within a week. Returned to store and had it replaced. The second one failed in a couple of months. Haven't decided if I will bother with it anymore. Perhaps it is just my bad luck since several friends have had good success with this item, which is why I bought it in the first place. I cannot recommend this product even though I was very happy with it for the short time it actually worked.
