Great lasting headphones.

Had the black and gold pair for nearly 2 years, sound quality and battery life still is near good as new. Easy to travel with, comfortable. Wearing them for too long does start to hurt a little, since they press on your ears to stay on, but otherwise not too tight but not too loose. The adjustability is jammed on the left side, but it doesn’t bother me since I already have it adjusted. Box was also really cool.
Only problem I have with it is the microphone. Not very good quality, and I definitely expected better for the price but I don’t use it often anyway.

I paid 230$ on sale and they are just perfect. Comfortable, easy to use, good sound, awesome bass, loud enough, doesn't disconnect and you almost never have to charge it.
I wouldn't have paid 400$, but for 230$ it's a pretty good deal!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good headphone

I purchased this phone to use it for my video conferences. The sound quality is really good, however due to its noise-cancellation, when you want to speak to its mic you can't hear yourself well enough, so you don't know if your are talking too soft or too loud. The other complain that I have is about wearing glasses with this headphone. I didn't feel comfortable after a while using the headphone as I started to feel a lot of pressure on my ears on the glasses handles.

Cuts out the sound your wife makes

During times like COVID where I am now at home more than typical with my wife. I was starting to get annoyed that i could hear her over my music and me watching YouTube on my laptop. These help cut out the noise I don’t want to hear all the time. Now she has to wave her hands at me to get my attention rather than just yelling at me. Great purchase in my opinion. Worth the pennies.

Extremely disappointing sound quality

I bought these, listened to a number of tracks and immediately thought they were defective as the sound quality was dull and sub par. Turns out they weren’t as I went back and tried a few Beats demo’s. For the price, these are on par with most $50 headphones as they feature dull, unimpressive sound on their highs, miss, and lows. I’m absolutely dumbfounded as to how people are buying them that aren’t concerned with them as strictly a style accessory. Do not waste your money. Please.

Plastic band cracks and Apple will not replace.

DO NOT BUY THESE! The inner plastic part of the band below the sliders has cracked after only 5 months of light use at my desk. I took these in to Apple for repair, who agreed it was not due to dropping and sent the headphones in to Beats. Beats just reviewed and is claiming it is not covered under warranty, so the repair will cost $269. Apple and Beats does not stand behind their products. The plastic is brittle and this issue is well known on the Apple forums.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love these headphones. Very lightweight with excellent sound. Can use these headphones for extended use and still feel very comfortable.
