Cheap construction

Headband snapped from regular wear in just over a year. Apple customer support was not helpful, saying my only option was to replace them at full cost.

Sound quality and call quality is excellent. I really enjoyed these headphones for 17 months until the battery died and they wouldn't charge anymore. Contacting Apple care they were out of warranty. Tried to set up a repair date anyway and wasn't able to. Maybe it was a covid thing but said it wouldn't accept a booking date on this product. I turned to the internet for details and followed a battery replacement tutorial to a T. I was being so careful but the ribbon wire is pretty much made of tissue paper so as soon as I slid the phones apart it sliced. It was wound around the one plastic part. So that was the end of the headphones. You can't repair such delicate pieces. 17 months for 400 bucks. Sigh. If you get these headphones I highly recommend you get extended warranty or you will have problems. The internet is full of people who have these issues. Why make a battery; integral to the use of the product, so hard to change? Crap.

Beats Studio 3 Headphones Worth the Money!

I love my new headphones. Crystal clear sound and great noise-canceling. Comfortable to wear for long periods and charge fast. Thanks, Best Buy, for having what I wanted at an affordable price.

The product feels refurbished or used even though got it brand new. The ANC is not that good and so please have a look before you buy them. I am returning mine.

Satisfactory but not extraordinary

This is my first beats experience of life. Overall, I really liked it though I wouldn't say it meets all the expectations. The headphone physically itself is really comfortable. The sound and bass quality is also pretty high in my eyes. However, the ANC is good but not up to mark cause I still heard a lot of noises which I hoped to shut off when ANC is activated. Also, the beats make some strange noises at ANC when going through strong winds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have bought 2 pairs of these beats studio 3's over the last 2 years and both have broken very easily. My first pair i accidentally dropped from about 50 cm from the ground and immediately snapped the left side of the headphones. I then went to buy a second pair because apple wouldn't fix my first one and after a year of use, the left side snapped again! this time i never even dropped it. I made sure i was very careful with the pair since i learned how fragile they were. Needless to say, for the money you are paying with these headphones, the quality of the material is extremely cheap and untrustworthy. DO NOT GET THESE HEADPHONES.

Love the look but the noise cancelling is not good in my opinion and they hurt the top of my head really bad. I have a smaller head. I think they need to add more cushioning there
