I really liked how they pair with my iPhone 11. They are clear sounding and worked well when on a mobile call. However, they would shut down completely when walking outside in the cold. I could not restart them. This happened 3 times and the battery level is still about 50%. I’m disappointed as I will return them when the store opens up from the Lockdown we are in at this time. I would recommend this product but only if used above 0 degrees centigrade.

Bought this pair for my sons Bday and it had some quality control issues from the factory I assume. Sent them back . Have not received refund yet . My son wanted another pair! Ordered them and they appear to be fine. But has not said much about them. The first version of these we have as well and well the ear cushion cut into my ears ! Not that comfy. Hope to get my money back seeing as I put out almost 7 hundo now for both pairs! Hope they are worth it!

Will never buy again, have them since 3 years and inside those years, they broke twice, at inges, they are weak, I have ordered twice for new inges and they don't last, the plastic is too tin.....

I bought these from Best Buy a little over a year ago now. The sound quality is excellent but the ear pads fell apart very quickly. My use of these headphones was moderate in frequency. I had another pair that I used for the gym but unfortunately the same thing happened to that pair. I’m very disappointed that a $400 pair of headphones can’t hold up for longer than a year. Oh and the manufacturer was no help when I called them either.

Never buying Beats Headphones again !!!

I've been a Beats customers for nearly 10 years. The first headphone lasted me 4-5 years which is acceptable. My last three purchases of Studio Headphone all broke in less than 2 years, the headbands snapped in half on all three purchases! Clearly the quality of beats has gone way down! I'm switching to Sony or Bose from now on. Beats is trying to charge premium prices while their products are not premium quality anymore!

I had other headphones from skull candy this is my first beats and WOW what sound the bass is spot on I listing to all types of music and I am very happy I wanted to white ones but they where sold out,
