Poor quality

The plastic started cracking right above the ear about a year in - you're better off getting the Bose - looked much more durable. These lose their stiffness over time too. Noise cancelling is ok not great.

Cheap for a reason

They started cracking right above the ear within 11 months of used. Didn't wear them for the first 6 months and then every day after that when the pandemic started. Did not drop them or abuse them, just on and off while working. Cost to repair from apple store is 260 cad - more than the cost of these on sale. I'd spring the extra cash and get Bose or something off-brand that is more durable and probably has better sound quality. Noise cancelling wasn't great on this as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I had bought the all-black model, but it wasn't discounted at the time that I've purchased them, and that was about a year ago! Now, a year later, I can say that these headphones still work just as well as when I had first bought them. Amazing sound quality, never glitches or does weird things, and battery life is still just as great. The only time battery life goes a bit wonky is in super freezing low temperatures that we sometimes get here in Montreal (something like -30 degrees Celsius) but otherwise, they work great and have been the best audio-related buy I've ever made. Super comfortable too, but of course wearing them nonstop for onwards of 4 hours can get a little stuffy/constricting. All in all, aesthetically pleasing and great buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought these since they were 170$ off, and it was definitely a great purchase. Sound quality is great. I don't think I would ever pay 400$ for them, but 230$ was well worth it.
