Love My Samsung A15

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy A15 phone, great reception. With this phone I can use maps to travel and stream the news at the same time. With the AI I use it for any jobs I haven't done and need to learn how. Plus the location is right on. It could use a louder speaker, but that's the only thing it's really missing. The color and choices on thy device name it easy to install a great looking home screen. The best thing about this phone is I've dropped it stream times like we've all done and have never cracked the screen. With a simple screen protector, I have never cracked it. Thanks Samsung, when this phone dies I'll be buying another Samsung phone. Keep up the great job of making our lives a little easier.

I’ve been using the Samsung A15 5G for several months now as my primary phone for work, gaming, and social media. At first, the phone handled everything surprisingly well for a budget device — smooth performance, good screen quality, and reliable 5G connectivity. Apps ran fine, games like Call of Duty Mobile and Asphalt 9 were playable, and multitasking wasn’t too bad either.
However, over time, the experience started to go downhill.
The most frustrating issue has been dropped calls and missed texts. I rely on my phone heavily for work communication, and having calls randomly disconnect or not go through at all has been a serious problem. Even worse, I noticed I wasn’t receiving all of my text messages — something you really don’t expect in 2025. It’s caused confusion and made it harder to stay in touch with clients, coworkers, and friends.
I’ve checked with my carrier and even reset the phone a few times, but the issues keep coming back. The phone still works fine for casual use like browsing and social media, but if you depend on your phone for important communication, this might not be the best long-term option.

If you’re experiencing occasional dropped calls, it may be due to a signal challenge. Frequently dropped calls could be related to a damaged or improperly inserted SIM card. Additionally, physical or liquid damage to the phone might be a factor.
There are several troubleshooting methods you can try, such as rebooting your device or performing a software update. If calls are dropping only in specific locations, it’s a good idea to contact your carrier for information about coverage and any ongoing outages. Some networks automatically end calls after four hours to prevent unexpectedly exceeding minutes from accidental dialing. In busy areas, cell towers can become overloaded, resulting in dropped calls. Physical obstructions, such as trees, hills, or buildings, may also interfere with signal strength.
Another feature to consider when troubleshooting call drops is Wi-Fi Calling. This feature uses your phone’s network connection to make calls. If you’re experiencing dropped calls or poor connection quality, try turning it off. You can do this by navigating to Settings and then tapping on Connections.
