Needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs slow alot. Has to restart phone once daily to help the speed and keep it from freezing alot. The touch protection either doesn't work or it won't unlock. The memory is half full it more is used it doesn't work properly. Pictures are decent if close but the zoom is fuzzy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone freezes alot. The camera did not work because it was "too hot" and it was only 80 degrees outside. Also the battery says it cannot charged when hooked to to a charger and it charges anyway. The batteries do not keep a charge.
