[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm A Frequent Samsung Buyer And Have Always Loved Every Product That I Have Received. The Brand Is Easy To Use, Even The Samsung AI Features Are Very Eady To Access And Use When Needed. Makes My Life Alot Less Stressful Knowing I Have A Dependable Phone That Will Be There For Me In Case Of Emergency. I'm My 82 Year Old Mother's Primary Caregiver And Have Had To Call 911 For Assistance Many Times And That Is One Worry I Don't Have. So Thank You Samsung For Being My Lifeline.

The only thing that i don't like is the recording function wish is close to impossible to turn off the recorder and so far i have not been able to.
I don't know how it turned on but i can't turn it off.

Absolutely no issues ... runs smoothly, user friendly interface, convenient weekly auto updates which take place at 3am. Love the side button options ... choose and set the option that you want. Easy palm swipe screen shot capability. Recent update with enhanced Genie AI features like side button option, new verbal commands. Genie is totally responsive and quick.
