Worst phone I have ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The primary purpose if ANY phone is to make and recieve phone calls. This phone falls short of the mark on multiple levels. Mic only works on speaker phone. 5g service kills the battery. 4g service is questionable. Was sold this phone by my provider and told none of this would be an issue. Unfortunately, it is. Can't blame my provider. They are reading the info card from Samsung. Being im with one of the largest providers on the planet, these issues fall on Samsung.

The phone was easy to set up (I have no techie skills). It is easy to use, and I needed very little time to figure any feature out. The camera is great.
The only wish I have would be for a better selection of ringtones, but there are plenty of okay ones to choose from

I have more confidence taking pictures now. The storage capabilities are impressive. I can save more content to my phone and still have tons of space. Thanks Samsung!

Seamless navigation between devices

I love the that I can use my Tablet as a Phone, Tablet & Laptop without feeling like I'm missing much from any mode.
When it came time to upgrade my Smartphone I knew I wanted to switch to Samsung, hoping to add seamless movement between devices.
I am not disappointed!!
I'm still learning the Galaxy AI functions available, excited to explore more.
