Best phone I've ever had hands down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for work , gaming , photos , to watch TV on. I've never had a drooped call I get service anywhere i go example : metal build8ngs that I usual can't get service in 4 bars of service , riding the dart rail train that goes underground yep I still have service when my other phone did not . It takes the best pictures that ice ever seen on a phone , and videos well let's just say that I'll use my phone before I use my digital camera / video camera there's just no comparison....

Good phone but it has issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI is good but for some reason it's a good phone but for some reason I dropped it on the ground one time not super far from my lap to the ground and it completely went black but you could still hear like the sounds and everything like the screen was just off but everything was still working and it was like that for a few days and then started working and having overheating problems so definitely should look into that

A large step up from my old Motorola

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using my other phones for years and had become quite comfortable with them. Until I switched carriers to get better service. And every time it did a system update it would fry the Sim. I finally broke down and bought the Samsung. I immediately tell in love with it. It does everything the old phone did... but quicker... more memory. Just overall better. Even better battery usage.
