It helps when setting up the phone for the 1st time and is always available if I have a question or need help with a vast variety of just about every aspect of my phone use.. over all a good phone.

You get what you pay for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy a15 is a standard phone for the basic operations. It makes calls it doesn't seem to drop in that often it has a lot of memory the graphics are okay. The camera it is mediocre by best doesn't have a lot of options. It does drop calls and it does to the point of being annoying close apps when you're using the talk button it'll say error and won't record anything and the most frustrating thing is when you ask Google something or Galaxy AI and then you get your answer you forget about it you ask something again you never get your answer cuz you didn't close out the page prior to that little bugs here and there but for the money you get it decent phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love all the new features that my Galaxy has! Galaxy Al is so helpful for people that aren't very familiar with what Samsung has to offer. Gemini will do whatever you ask her to do, or even if you just have a random question, she knows it all. The new Samsung wallet is very convenient for all your credit cards, bus passes, etc. If you don't want to carry a purse or wallet, your Samsung has you covered. Ive always been a Samsung customer, no matter what, I will always stay true to my brand, Samsung Galaxy!

Safety concerns Chrome versus Samsung browser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer using Samsung browser and apps versus Google Chrome well even though this is a Samsung phone when I use my Samsung products I am well protected but my phone just doesn't work as proficient as it does with Google Chrome but when I'm in Google Chrome I take a much more risk of having my stuff hacked into so you just got to take the good with the Bad and the Ugly but one thing I do love is the AI tool that allows me to take a photo of myself and put me in a fantasy world looking like a goddess on the throne!!!
