Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone works and it works well. Don't really need to say anything else. Just wish the app that auto installs random apps wasn't forced into it in the last update. At least it can be turned off, but I'd rather be rid of it entirely.

A 15 5 G not so happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fone not knowing it wud only play 1 blootooth speaker at a time thru media out put unlike my previous fone (S10) !! Also It seems 2 lock up when it goes on 5G I have 2 w8 til I goes bak 2 4G b4 I can do anything on this fone !! I'm not happy at all with this purchase !! Also at times it seem 2 take a minute for it 2 responded 2 a command & I'm talk'n about like going from messages 2 contacts !! Really frustrating 2 say the least !!! A I keeps pop'n up for me 2 us more of the option but I haven't dun that yet !! Even when I do us A I it takes a minute for it 2 come up & be avaliable for me 2 use it at all !! Really not happy with this fone !! I'm really surprise at it because I've owned several other fone from Samsung & wuz pleased with thier performance @! This fone has really surprised in a bad way !! Wish I wud of gotten a different fone 4 sure !!

Love the features of this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched to Samsung and I couldn't be more excited. It is fast, reliable and the camera is awesome. The screen is bigger and makes it easier for me to see. I am 61 and not good with technology but this phone made it to where I love learning new things on it. The Galaxy Ai technology was a bit strange at first but I'm getting better at it. Thank you for keeping it advanced but simple. My granddaughter now wants this phone or a newer one so maybe I'll upgrade and give her this one.
