To keep up with the nuts and bolts of your device’s performance, you can use the Device care feature. It provides an overview of your battery, storage, and RAM. The Quick optimization feature improves your device’s performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears away unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and simple. A feature on your phone that can provide valuable insights into your device’s status is available through the Samsung Members App. Samsung Members isn’t just your gateway to insider know-how, special offers, and the amazing Samsung community. It also provides access to built-in diagnostic functions, helping you troubleshoot issues and get assistance with your Galaxy phone. Samsung Members can diagnose a variety of concerns that you may encounter with your phone. If it’s not already installed, download Samsung Members from the Galaxy Store or the Play Store. Once Members is installed on your phone, you can access the diagnostics by opening the app and then tapping Diagnostics on the Discover tab. From here, tap Phone diagnostics.
