Not a good device for multitasking

We thank you for taking the time express your thoughts on your Galaxy A15 5G! Your device has a build for everyday convenience, and Samsung is always working to enhance performance through updates. If you are looking for a device that keeps you connected with a vibrant display and essential features, this phone has much to offer. If your phone’s multitasking feature is showing signs of not being sustainable, there may be some adjusts that could be made to your device to support the functionality. Apps may be closing in the background depending on the selected Power mode. Open Settings, then tap Battery, and then turn off Power saving by tapping its switch. Another method that is suggested is You can choose which apps will still run even when Data saver is on. Navigate to Settings, and then search for and select Special access. Tap Apps that can always use data, and then tap the switch next to the music app you want to keep running. If you have a data limit set, you will need to adjust the limit for the music app. Navigate to Settings, then tap Apps, and then tap the app you want to keep running. Tap Mobile data, and then tap the switch next to Allow data usage while Data saver is on. These are just some troubleshooting steps you can start with, however if further assistance is needed we encourage you to reach out to our skilled members of our Samsung Support Team to further assist. To keep your device from being overloaded with files and data it doesn’t need, clearing up your phone storage can help. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device care. Tap Storage, and then tap a category that has items you'd like to remove, such as Images. Touch and hold an item to select it, and then select the additional items you'd like to remove. Tap Delete or Delete all when you've selected everything, and then tap Move to Trash. Completing this quick clean up can improve the processing power of your device and can help with limiting the restarting of your device. Love all the features on this phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my new Galaxy A15 for streaming, reading online books, doing my math homework, taking great pictures, and I especially love the Samsung Health feature. It allows you to keep up with your daily intake of water, how many steps you take, and meditate. The switch from my old phone was so easy. I love this phone.
