[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible. I typically find favoritism and am provided exceptional overall experience with Samsung however this particular device is extremely unsatisfactory.
Slow OS system. Connection issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G. Sometimes, your device will indicate that minor software maintenance may be required based on its behavior. Software updates are a great way to address a lot of the concerns you have mentioned. Software updates are like oil changes and tune-ups for your phone or tablet - they keep things running smoothly. They also help improve the user interface, enhance security, and remove minor bugs. We recommend updating the software whenever a new version becomes available, ensuring your device stays in optimal condition. Using two fingers, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon. Swipe to and then tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models. Tap Download and install, Check for system updates, or Check for software updates, depending on your carrier. If an update is available, it should begin downloading automatically; however, you may need to tap ‘Download now’ on some devices. When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. Keeping your software up to date and ensuring your firmware is up to date will significantly improve your device’s performance. I have switched over using the Galaxy AI which is awesome. The quality of the picture and features that you can use messenger, Instagram, Facebook is unique. I have the option to keep using the galaxy AI or go back to the basic. I'm in the process of upgrading my phone device which will always be a Samsung galaxy phone or tablet

And to beat it all, my wife has been using one of them . Not a bleep. Not one complaint. Its fast reliable and efficient. The one draw back i have is that they are not esim ready. Other than that. Its truly, for the price, one of the better phones ive ever had
