We thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G. A new phone fresh out of the box, going through set it's similar to driving a new car off the lot; it's a nice feeling. As we all know, with a new car, we have to do a little maintenance occasionally, such as taking it in for an oil change. Make sure we get that tune-up. The same goes for your mobile device, your cellphone being one. If your phone is running slower than you are used to, it's your phone's way of saying, "Hey, something is not right!" In most cases, it just needs a software update. This allows your phone to stay compatible with your favorite apps. It could be your phone just needs a little refresh. A Quick optimization can boost your phone to make it feel almost new again. The Quick optimization feature improves your device's performance by identifying apps that use excessive battery power. It also clears unneeded items from memory, deletes unnecessary files, scans for malware, and closes apps running in the background. Optimizing your phone is quick and straightforward. From Settings, swipe to and tap Device Care. Tap Optimize now, and then tap Done. Optimize Now button is highlighted in a device care setting Note: The Optimization feature will not appear when Device Care determines your phone is in Great condition. If you would like some additional troubleshooting steps you can perform on your device to allow the best output, please feel free to reach out to our Samsung Support Team to further assist. My Samsung Galaxy A15

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The speakers are great , listening to r& b on , the blue tooth works exellent on my bluetooth speaker.
Great for switching filez from another samsung, tha camera is great also.
When i play games on my Galaxy A15 it has great clearity.
When the fonts are tiny and i can not see them, i just go into settings and change them rite up.
I love this phone, would not trade it for nothing or no other phones, sorry but this is the phone for me, and i will always have sone type of Galaxy phone in my hands.

My personal experience with the A15 is decent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the A15 doesn't have seemless transitions between apps, it does get the job done. Sometimes. Some days I can't even run Spotify and Snapchat at the sake time. I like the Storage (128g), but it could use a better processor. But, I suppose you get what you pay for.
