Locking the phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The security option for locking the phone with a code sucks!!!! Once done, if there's a problem, you have to do a factory reset to unlock it. The problem is they do not tell you it's limited to 6 characters and offer 10 spaces to enter the code. Mine was 8 and I could not unlock it because the Unspecified limit was 6. I called support at Samsung and after 2 factory resets, that feature was disabled and I could finally use my phone. The support person was wonderful, knowleable, and patient. She logged into my phone and her assistance was much appreciated. But it took hours to complete. First the 6 digit limit should be clear and only 6 boxes for digits should be available instead of 10. Also it should be clearly stated that once locked it cannot be removed without doing a factory reset.
I was impatient and angry enough to pitch the phone into my fish pond. Her help saved me from doing just that!!!!!

An affordable phone that works really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is as fast as my other, higher end phone, and has quick response and loading of apps and web pages.
Watching videos isso clear and taking photos results in high quality photos. The seamless action across apps is very nice, and helps make the phone a powerful device. I love the audio erase available while making videos. Because my dogs are loud and they are never quiet when I am filming!
I love this phone and will always use Samsung for my mobile phone needs!!
