Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this phone for nearly a year, and it is the only device I've allowed myself to have. It has never let me down. The hardware and software are amazing. I have never had a problem with this device once and it gets me through my day just fine. The display is incredible along with the battery life. I mainly use the phone for personal use like gaming, watching videos, and occasionally work related purposes. I understand it struggles to handle higher caliber games but I do not mind as I choose games that are easy to run. Overall, I would choose this phone again in a heartbeat.

SAMSUNG A15 5G is great!

The phone has been very dependable and the battery life is phenomenal. I recommend this phone for anyone that wants a nicer smart phone without having to pay too much.

I like the speed and ease of use...

I have experienced phone starting with out me doing so and it has dialed 911 without me doing anything and that has caused problems!!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy A15 5G. The emergency service number (such as 911) will appear on the lock or startup screen of your Galaxy A15. To minimize the chances of making false or accidental emergency calls, remember that after pressing the side button five times, you must swipe your screen before the call goes through—this applies only when the automatic call countdown is disabled.
To manage your Emergency SOS settings, follow these steps:
1. Open the **Settings** app.
2. Tap on **Safety and emergency**.
3. Select **Emergency SOS**.
4. Use the switch to turn Emergency SOS on or off.
