Lightweight, Powerful, Great Batteries

I got these as backup drills for my regular power tools, mainly because I like the ability to use the batteries from my drills in my lawn equipment. I was impressed with how lightweight these are as 24V drills compared with my 18V drills. Lighter weight means less fatigue when I'm on a job. From DIY to building projects, I have been amazed at the battery life these drills have. My one critique (which isn't even enough to drop a star) is that there is not on-tool holder for extra bits, which I have grown so accustomed to. I hope that Greenworks adds this feature in future models, as it is really helpful when going from drilling to driving. Definitely recommend this for the avid DIYer, home owner, builder, or hobbyist.

I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR 2- 24V BATTERIES TO COMPLEMENT MY BLOWER. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE 2 BATTERIES AND A DRIVER AND IMPACT DRIVER AT A GREAT PRICE. I HAVE HAD THEM FOR LESS THAN A MONTH AND HAVE FOUND SO MANY USES FOR THEM. I AM LOOKING AT UPGRADING MY BLOWER AND WEED TRIMMER VERY SOON. ONCE YOU GO GREEN, YOU WON'T GO ANY OTHER WAY!

Won't release hex head impact driver bit

I love greenworks and loved using this drill the ONE time I was able to. Yes, I bought the proper impact driver and it put 2.5" deck fasteners in.
Then it absolutely would NOT release the driver. Yes, I followed the "simple removal" instructions (neutral, pull straight, etc), and an hour later I want to throw it against a brick wall to see if BREAKING the darn thing will get it out. I used a stronger word than darn, but it rejected it.
So, here I am and as long as the only thing I need to drive is a hex head screw of one size, I'm good. Otherwise, today will be a waste.

I bought these tools so I could get extra batteries and I use them all the time! They hardly ever need a charge and they are lighter than my DeWalts!
