This is a great product. I love how long the battery works on my projects around my house. Overall both the drill and the driver are excellent additions to my arsenal.

Very happy with both the drill and impact. The first job I used them for was to install insulators and gate brackets for 5 acres of new electric fence. The tools performed perfectly! Well-constructed and durable. I will definitely be buying more tools within this 24V platform.
Pros: Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful

Light to medium use. Drilled through ceramic tile ok (6 holes) to mount grab bar in bathroom. Then used with 3/4 auger bitts from Greenworks set to drill holes in wood. After 2 dozen or so holes, some plastic shards fell out of the drill. Now the chuck end is "sloppy." The chuck will grip the bitt ok, but there is a lot of play, like +/- 10 degrees or so when the drill is off.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with all of the line of products that I have purchased. When I decided to choose cordless tools for the yard it just made sense to add a cordless drill.

Drill with Battery Combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This drill is smaller and much lighter than the Ryobi I have. So far it did not lock the drill bit well. Drill bit slips from time to time. Not sure why but it's easy and lighter to use for sure.

Hello Mr Old School.
We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. If your bit isn't secure in the drill, examine the chuck. Normal wear and tear can compromise the chuck's ability to hold the drill bit. To install the bit: 1. Push forward / reverse switch in "neutral" position to lock the trigger. 2. Turn the chuck counter-clockwise to open. 3. Tilt the machine upwards to keep the bit from falling out 4. Put the bit into the opening of the chuck. 5. Make sure that the bit is centered, then turn the chuck clock-wise to tighten. We have a assembly and user video. You can check it out here: (https://youtu.be/d9kX_02lRu0) If you are using the drill on wood we recommend, for maximum performance, use high speed steel bits for wood drilling. When using on wood Operate the machine at a very low speed to prevent the bit from slipping off the starting point. Increase the speed as the drill bit bites into the material. We hope these tips help provide a better user experience. Should Should you have any questions or warranty needs, contact us through Live Chat on Greenworks Tools website (www.greenworkstools.com) or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), so our experts can discuss your experience!
