[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My "brand new" drill - received 7/2/2025 - was already nearly 5 years old - production date 10/10/2020
The chuck was rusty and I wonder if it was actually a refurbished product

I really like this drill, it is compact, powerful and easy to handle. I have another brand of drill that is so much larger and more cumbersome to handle. I love the hook to put it on my belt or pocket, it makes it so much more convenient. I would like to see some sort of integrated level as it's hard to keep it level sometimes. I also think that it would be great if there was a clip to hold the bit that comes with it.

However, lag bolts for TV wall mounts often require much higher torque, which can be challenging for this model. For best results, we recommend drilling a pilot hole first, or using an impact driver, which is built to handle heavy-duty fastening like lag screws. If you are looking for a stronger option within the Greenworks platform, our 24V Brushless Impact Driver offers significantly higher torque and is better suited for this type of application.
