Won’t hold it’s height

Highest height setting is too low, and it will not hold that height. It pops out of place, and the plastic is rounding off. Very disappointing as it is great in other ways. Light, quiet and reasonably powerful enough.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Packs a powerful punch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this toy-like mower. I bought it to deal with edges that the crossover 30" couldn't get. I absolutely love it! I had some areas around bushes that were 5 inches long. Setting the mower on the highest setting, I whipped through those areas in record time! Forget the heavy weed eater, this little darling is now my favorite yard tool.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Very misleading

Stalls a lot cuts nice but takes forever, also the screws to hold bottom handle so it fit.... Dont recommend this, luckily was cheap.. have to get better one now

Worked Well for the First Month

We are sorry to hear of your experience. Ensure both batteries are fully charged before attempting to use the mower, users must use (2) fully charged Greenworks 24V battery packs. Do not use battery packs other than Greenworks 24V. Ensure both batteries are charged 100%. If each battery has a different charge state, the run-time of the machine is subject to the lowest powered battery (For example: one battery is charged 100%, and the other is charged 50%, the unit will only run until the 50% battery is depleted). When using (2) batteries with different amp hours (Ah), the machine will run until the lower (Ah) battery is depleted.
Greenworks mowers can also experience reduced runtime due to factors like overgrown grass or extreme temperatures. Long, thick grass can put a strain on the mower's motor, potentially causing it to shut down or reduce runtime. Make sure the grass is not excessively long and adjust the mower height if needed. Lithium-Ion batteries can be affected by very hot or very cold temperatures, reducing their performance. If possible, try a different set of batteries (if you have them) to see if the issue persists or try a different charger to see if the issue is with the charger.

DO NOT BUY my 2nd one is now broke

My first mower broke, the self propel just stopped working, so they sent me another one. Less than 2 years this one is dead, wont start. I have purchased a lot of Greenworks products and I swear I want a refund for all of them and I will send them back.

Amazing mower
