Great tool. Nice to have a portable grinder for those small / medium projects that you can't bring to the shop. I've used it to cut granite stone and rebar. Plenty of power to get the job done. Light enough to handle in tight spaces. The battery performed well and I was able to finish the job on one charge. Highly recommend it for your toolkit.

I wasn't sure I needed this product but it has been a great tool to have. I have been able to make some cuts on metal and stone that i could not do with any other tool!

This grinder was dead on arrival. Had to request replacement. This is the second 24 volt tool that has been delivered dead. My other tool was the reciprocating saw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about a month ago and like the tool , but , I can't charge the 24 v battery because they are out of stock.

Tool is useless. Cuts out from overheating in less than 10 min. The battery too overheats and drains significantly in 10 min. The tool revs down a lot after a few min of usage. The battery won’t charge for hours due to overheat. I contacted green works and explained this lack of performance hoping it’s my particular angle grinder that’s not working. But greenworks never responded, so I’m stuck with a useless tool. Project: stripping deck paint using diamabrush deck tool wheel. Can’t even complete one board before the grinder cuts out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic feel and lite wait

Fantastic Tools I have all have all of the lawn care tools ,now I have started to up grade all of my power hand tools in my garage , brought the 4’ hand grinder and the drill , my next tool will be the 1/2 impactful , I think these tools are fantastic and lite wait

No more chewed up cords!

Love this grinder. Who ever figured you could get this much power out of a battery? Same battery as my string trimmer and drill driver. I have two batteries and it's all I need for my odd jobs around the house. My old extension cord that's all chewed up from years of service is taking a knee. Love this battery stuff!
