[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my new vacuum and mulcher twice and have not been happy. The blower and vacuum is comfortable to use, especially in comparison to my last one from a different manufacturer. However, the batteries only part about 30 minutes and take hours to recharge. I have a horseshoe chestnut tree in my front yard and the leaves and the chestnuts are difficult to mulch. The machine does a better job mulching the leaves in the backyard, but the battery life is an issue there too.

Hello Jon-B. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the running time you are getting with included battery. There are several variables that will affect how long a cordless leaf blower runtime lasts, factors like the blowers’ power setting, the number of debris being moved, ambient temperature, and the battery’s condition can also impact its runtime. Users can control the output of air with the variable speed trigger so you can dial back when in delicate areas and power up when clearing tough debris. Higher speeds will drain your battery faster, think about your tasks and how you can vary your speed to conserve battery. You can use Greenworks 24V battery in this unit. The higher the ampere-hour (Ah) rating is on a battery, the more run time it has to offer but it will. We hope our tips and suggestions offer better user experience. Hello JVJV. Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear the blower function is working well for you. With the mulcher/vacuum, frequent clogging can happen if the material being collected is damp, heavy, or contains larger debris. Stopping to clear the intake and using the tool primarily on dry leaves can help reduce interruptions. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to our product team. We hope you will find this information useful. If you require any additional support or have questions regarding a product, we recommend try our Q&A section on the product's page or Chat with us direct on our website www.greenworkstools.com.
The batteries suck. Imagine cutting your grass and 25 minutes into it, the battery does and you have to wait 30 minutes for the batteries to cool down. And then almost three hours for it to charge again. And then repeat the process again.

Hello Donald D. We are sorry to hear that the included 24V battery runtime does not meet your expectations. As we are not sure of the condition of your lawn, we are not exactly sure why the battery did not meet your expectations. The maximum runtime often applies to a flat, open yard. Slopes and obstacles require more power, and users can expect running time to be less, if this is the case. Runtime measurements are also related to the condition of the grass and if it is well-maintained. Tall, thick grass requires more power, and you must mow it slower, consuming added runtime. Here are a few tips to ensure the max runtime is achieved. Ensure you charge the battery fully before each use, maintain the battery properly by cleaning terminals, avoid extreme temperatures during storage, consider buying a second battery for larger lawns, mow in a straight line. If the grass has been left to exceed 4 inches, we advise that you raise the cutting height and cut no more than one-third of the length of grass at a time, wait a couple of days and do another one-third, cut when grass is dry and walk at steady pace to allow the blade to work more efficiently. As the lawn becomes consistently maintained you will see the cut and runtime improve. Hope these tips help! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. I think it's a good value for the price but I wish the batteries lasted longer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great small tool for quick blower use. Wanted something light and quick to blow out the bird feeders before going to bed so the bears wouldn’t come and destroy yet another feeder. Works great and no bears so far! Disclaimer - NOT a bear repellent! 🤣
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
