Purchased a 4.0 AH Battery. I charged it and got 20 minutes of run time on my weed trimmer.
I just charged it again and when I press the button on the battery only one light comes on indicating it got only a 1/3 charge after a full charging cycle.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this product. Here are a few troubleshooting suggestions to check out.
(1) When the battery is inserted, the light should begin flashing green to indicate the battery is charging. If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged.
(2) Ensure that the battery has been fully inserted into the charger. Sometimes this requires a firm push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated.
(3) Try resetting the charger. To do this, simply unplug it for approximately 10 minutes and then plug it back in and try reinserting the battery. If the charger has been plugged in for extended periods of time, this can sometimes cause the charger to malfunction.

Longer than my other 80 Volt Batteries but it does fit all my Greenworks tools, Lawn Mower, snow blower, leaf blower, hedger and trimmer. Less than an hour of run time on the mower.

Getting service is going to be a problem as been on hole over 39 minutes to tell them we are returning the 2 item we purchased because of battery weigh and batters are all different volts. Bought 2 different items and got 3 different batteries. Checked price of batteries and they are outrageous in price. Some take 2 hours to charge and they only give you one battery on some items.
