Ridiculous that you can't find the full wheel set for this item .... The shovel is so heavy it really hurts it's value to not gave the option of the entire wheel set to place on the one I own ....I should have listened to the reviews ...just too stupidly designed and heavy w out the heels for anyone in my household to maneuver except myself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Me td. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when an accessory like the wheel kit is not easily available especially when it directly impacts maneuverability. Regarding the weight concern, our cordless snow shovels are engineered with a forward-weighted design to optimize auger engagement and snow-throwing performance. However, without the wheel kit installed, some users may find the unit heavier to maneuver, particularly over extended use or uneven surfaces. Your feedback about usability without wheels is valid and important. With respect to the full wheel set, availability can vary depending on model and production cycle. In many cases, individual components may be listed separately rather than as a complete kit. We recommend contacting Greenworks Customer Success directly with your exact model number so they can: Confirm compatibility of the correct wheel assembly Check current inventory or backorder status Provide part numbers for a full set if available Explore warranty coverage if applicable If the shovel feels excessively heavy beyond typical operation, support can also verify that the unit is configured correctly and that no additional issue is contributing to the handling difficulty. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
I've been using this machine for about 3 months. It's more like a 5" snow maximum. Throws the snow well. Not sure about the durability of the machine but so far so good. It's really designed for a subdivision home with short driveways and sidewalks. I think it might last me a few years then I'll buy the single stage Greenworks thats an upgrade from this one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just over 90 days ago. The fan broke after a light amount of use. They will not do anything to replace it because it is past the 90 days. Do not recommend.

Hello Valued Greenworks Customer. Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with your refurbished 80V Leaf Blower. A fan failure after light use is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we understand how disappointing this must be. While refurbished units carry a 90-day limited warranty, we would still like the opportunity to review your situation more closely. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to assist you and discuss the available options. If you ever have specific questions or concerns about our products, contact Greenworks via Live chat on our website (www.greenworkstools.com), call us at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) or refer to the FAQ ask section of the tool or ask us a question, anytime. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to change. Do it BEFORE it is worn to nothing. Keep a seasonal spare. Clean and slightly lube the keeper bearings when you change the kit. Your Greenworks blower will work happily for years to come.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thankful the Greenworks provides routine wear parts at a fair price. This wearstrip is important to the proper function of the snowblower. Easy change. Keep one on hand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own one of these and have been so impressed with its ease of use, battery life, portability and power to remove fairly deep snow that I bought a second one in anticipation of handing down the one I have to my son. Highly recommend this machine.
What a disaster. The remove and replace video made this look so simple. Well it isn't an easy job. You will need a bearing puller to remove the two end bearings - they don't slip off easily. And the pulley requires a lot of force to remove.
This kit is just bad news. Why it isn't a full assembly is beyond me - this should include new bearings.
After struggling with the bearings, I realized the easiest method is to remove the rubber paddles from the new impeller and install it on the old hardware. No need to remove the bearings. Why they don't just sell the rubber paddles is beyond me.
The only real positive about this, a new belt and pulley are included, something that is good to replace. Oh, why they didn't include a new bolt, flat washer and lock washer is really a bad thing. Fresh lock compound on the bolt would have been nice (and the flat washer deforms badly).
The paddles were a perfect fit for the 22 inch MasterForce (from Menard's) snow blower.
Pros: Quiet

Hello Dan Le. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced during installation and that the process did not match expectations set by the instructional materials. We understand how frustrating it can be when a repair requires specialized tools or additional effort beyond what is shown. Your comments regarding the bearing removal, pulley installation, and included hardware are valuable and will be shared with our product and engineering teams for review. We appreciate you noting both the challenges and the positives, including the inclusion of the new belt and pulley. While the kit is designed to meet compatibility and performance requirements, we recognize that ease of installation is equally important. Feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to improve future kits, instructions, and part configurations. If you are unable to perform the repair yourself, you may deliver or ship your Greenworks unit to an authorized service center for professional repair. We recommend contacting Customer Success to locate a nearby authorized service center, either through our online service center locator or by calling 1-888-90-WORKS (1-888-909-6757).
