[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t say enough good things for this smaller snowblower for my front sidewalk and edge of my driveway since I have a a plowing service. But I like the get along the edges of the driveway and near my garage door to get all remaining snow not caught be plow service. Perfect size, did need two stage or larger unit. Perfect for my needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the earlier model 3.5 years ago. We used it every day, twice a day to blow the aisle in our horse stables. In turbo mode it is very strong. It is sturdy and easy to hold.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this, used it once and so far, I love it. Very easy to set up and use. The only thing I would appreciate more would be a variable drive speed; you can pick the speed but when engaged it's all or nothing.
unfortunatly I couldn't find anyting good WITH IT.

Hello susks.
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We are sorry to hear of the experience with the tool not operating properly out of the box, we'd love to go over how to start the machine as well as share our guided video below in the hopes it helps provide a better user experience.
To power on:
First press the safety switch button. While pressing the safety switch button with one hand, use your other hand to simultaneously pull the bail lever toward you. Once the machine powers on, release the safety switch button and proceed with operation. The snow thrower can only be started by pressing the safety switch button first, followed by squeezing the bail lever; reverse operation will not start the machine.
Please note, cold Weather Operation: Lithium Ion batteries can be safely used from temperatures ranging from -17 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. NOTE: Do not store or charge battery outside. Battery must be charged and stored indoors prior to use of the snow thrower. Battery may not properly start if it’s temperatures is -17˚C or lower. If unit does not start remove battery from snow thrower. Place battery on charger and allow to charge for 10 minutes to allow battery to warm. Remove from charger and install in Snow thrower for use.
Here's a video that helps explain how to operate your Greenworks 20" Snow Thrower (https://youtu.be/G3qTF0NcpW4).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago. I bought it because my gas snowblower had a fuel leak, And because I already have an 80 V green works string trimmer. Assembly was a snap. We haven’t had enough snow to use this new guy yet, but knowing that I don’t have to worry about fuel or fuel leaks is quite reassuring.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This snow blower really throws the snow. No more gasoline. No more fouled carburetors after sitting for the summer. No more fouled spark plug. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. So convenient !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the Scrapper after only 1 season and then the replacement broke off the 2nd time I used it.

Hi Bad design for the scrapper. We appreciate your review. Please know that our designers and product developers do read these comments / reviews, so we really appreciate it when customers share their thoughts and experiences with us. As scrappers are a wearable item, they are not covered under warranty.
Here are a few suggestions when storing your Snow Thrower for the next season.
• Run the snow thrower for a few minutes in order to melt any snow that may be left on the snow thrower. • Wipe the snow thrower off with a dry cloth before storage. This will help prevent ice building up on the unit and parts freezing. • Remove the battery and store it in a cool dry location, if possible. Charge the battery every six months when not in use in order to increase its life. • Inspect the snow thrower thoroughly for worn, loose, or damaged parts. If any parts must be repaired or replaced, contact the Toll-Free Helpline, at 1-888-909-6757. • Store the snow thrower in a clean, dry place. Cover it in order to provide added protection. • Always store battery and charger indoors.
We thank you for your feedback and hope you have a great day!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this renewed product 80V 800 CFM Brushless Leaf Blower with Battery and Charger as I wanted something that had enough power to blow wet leaves. Had concern of product being "renewed", but took a chance because of the price savings. Well worth it. Product performed as expected and worked like a charm. Obviously, the Battery was not high enough CFM (only 2.5 Ah) came with the package, but before it gave out, worked extremely well. Clearly, the product needs a larger Ah Battery for the time needed, but the purchase was well worth it.
