Hello Bmwo
Thank you for your feedback. We understand from your photo that the unit tools to have been disassembled, and we can see how frustrating that must be after such limited use.
Before discarding the unit, a few things you may want to check:
1. Reassembly: Ensure all components are securely and correctly reinstalled, especially any safety switches or connections that may prevent operation if not aligned properly.
2. Connections: Double-check that all internal and external connections (wiring, battery terminals, or fittings) are fully seated and not loose.
3. Blockages or damage: Inspect for any debris or visible damage that may have caused the unit to stop working initially.
If you are unable to get it working again, we still recommend contacting customer support. Greenworks refurbished units are backed by a 90 day limited warranty coverage, and sharing the photo can help the team better assess the issue and provide next steps. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
