I have a number of 60v tools, and I really appreciate the interchangeable concept behind Greenworks line. I have found Greenworks tools to be reliable, quiet and efficient. The leaf blower is no different. I think the trick is, however, to have a few 60v batteries charged in the case you need back up to complete your job. I have 1/3 acre lot, and the 2.5ah battery didn’t last long enough to complete a single side of lawn (especially if I used turbo mode). That I have other batteries from other tools made this a non-issue for me, but I could see how this might frustrate others. Purchased this during a sale plus Halloween promo discount, so also very happy about the value for money.
So far it seems to work great! It's lightweight and easy to use. And, fortunately, the battery/charger seems to work better than the one I got for the lawnmower I purchased, so it's great that I can use for both.
It is astoundingly powerful, and 1 charge will last at least a half hour at full throttle! It’s ability to throttle down is a great feature in close quarters. and eliminates blowing away your mulch/pine bark bed covering. I also have the 60v mower sharing the same battery and charger; and, to boot, I have your ac operated power washer, and that is on my 5th season of use! All great time and energy saving products....my energy that is.... and I’m 82 years old and can manage the tools easily!
After using the battery may have to cool before recharging

Hello Mike,
We are sorry to hear of your experience while using your battery. When the battery is placed in the charger the charger detects the temperature of the battery and will begin charging once it cools down slightly to charge. This is normal operation based on the protection system in the charger. All is operating as intended. If this is not the case and the issue persist please contact Customer Care at 1-855-345-3934 or by email on info@greenworkstools.com.
This blower is pretty powerful and really easy to use. I do think it’s great for smaller to medium-ish jobs. Did a pretty big job out of the box and ended up using a rake at the end for the biggest piles, but having this certainly made the whole thing easier overall. Bought this size b/c I have the 60v mower and trimmer too, and it’s great how easy they all are to use.
