Balance is a challenge

The balance of this tool is horrible. I had the 80V, but didn't need that much power, so I dropped down to the 60V, so I have a direct point of comparison. When you hold this in one had to operate the tool, the front/nozzle leans down immediately and you spend all your energy trying to hold it flat. It's a challenge to use it as a result and I am all but unable to use it for as long as the charge lasts. There was some strange strap in the box, but where it hooked to the tool, it provided no support - - so I am guessing this is a known issue and that was the not-so-effective solution?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does what I need done better than my gas power , drop in the battery , starts with a push of the button and no gas /oil mixing. But only finished 1 acre of leaf blowing before needed a recharge had to wait a while. But I was so impress ,I bought other tools with batteries problem solve.

Nice design, powerful, long lasting battery, very quick charging. Blow power is very good! Downsides: both blower and battery are heavy. Your arm gets tired quickly, especially if doing overhead blowing. I've only had the unit several weeks, (and it gets used several times a day), and it's starting to whine, making me think the turbine bearing is already starting to fail. Time will tell.
